I’m here to share some of the best hotels near Siam Park. There isn’t an official Siam Park Tenerife Hotel but there are lots nearby that are walking distance to the waterpark (10-25 minute walk).
Siam Park is in Costa Adeje in Tenerife, one of the most popular areas for holiday makers so there are lots of accommodation options. Below I’ve listed 18 gorgeous hotels and villas near Siam Park.
Before I list the best hotels near Siam Park, I’m just answering a couple of questions about tickets (what’s best if you plan to visit Siam Park multiple times?) and how to get to Siam Park if you’re staying in the north of Tenerife. If you aren’t staying in a hotel near Siam Park (but you’re still in the Las Americas/Adeje area) then there’s also the option to get the free bus.

Getting your Siam Park tickets – Is an annual pass worth it?
If you plan to stay near Siam Park and visit the park on multiple occasions then it might be worth getting an annual pass, especially if you’re in Tenerife for more than one week.
An annual pass is €149 for a non-resident adult. Or it’s €40 for an adult day pass.
Keep in mind that when you leave Siam Park, they usually have an offer whereby you can buy a ticket to return to the park within the next 14 days for just €20. So if you’re in Tenerife for one week then it’s probably best to just keep getting this €20 returning ticket. But if you’re in Tenerife for 2 weeks and will visit Siam Park every other day then it’s worth getting the annual pass.
Whatever kind of ticket you get, make sure you buy it online first to avoid waiting in a mega queue! There is often a queue for people who have bought tickets online but it goes so much faster than those who are buying them at the door.
The Siam Park Bus
If you’re staying in a hotel fairly close to Siam Park then you can hop on the free double decker bus which runs every 30 minutes.
If you plan to get the bus then I’d highly recommend trying to get on the first bus. These are the times and locations it leaves from.
After this first bus, the timetable is a little unpredictable so you don’t really know how long you’ll be waiting.
If you’ve just missed a bus then I’d personally just hop in a taxi or you could be waiting for over an hour.
We got a taxi when we stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel (<- Full review with video here) , but if you plan to visit Siam Park multiple times or Siam Park will be the main attraction during your holiday then I’d recommend staying within walking distance to save money and make things easier.

Visiting Siam Park from the North of Tenerife
There is also a bus from the north of Tenerife. There is one bus in the morning which stops at lots of hotels and then it returns at 5pm. The bus costs €15 for adults, €10 for children and it’s free for under 2s.
You need to prebook online and you can book your Siam Park day tickets at the same time.

Best for: Aparthotel convenience
Ponderosa Aparthotel is top of the list because you can see this building from Siam Park. OK, I’ll admit that it looks like a bit of an eyesore from the outside but this is a nice, budget-friendly aparthotel once you’re on the inside!
I love aparthotels because the have the convenience of a hotel with lots of staff and a check-in desk. But they also have the ease and space of an apartment with a small kitchen, living area and separate bedrooms. You can save a lot of money thanks to the small kitchen where you can make breakfasts and picnic lunches to take into Siam Park.

2. Club Olympus Garden City
Accommodation type: Apartments (studio – 2 bed)
Walking distance to Siam Park: 20 minutes
Best for: Bigger apartments for families
Club Olympus Garden City has a range of apartments from small studios to 2-bed apartments that can sleep up to 6 adults.

Best for: Adult only
H10 Gran Tinerfe is an adult only hotel with a range of packages available from bed and breakfast to all inclusive. There’s a lovely rooftop bar and direct access to the beach.

Best for: Families wanting a private pool and self-catering
I had to include this one because it’s a bit unusual but a great one for families (and cat lovers.) This is a 3 bed, 3 bath home with a private swimming pool and it’s just 500 metres from Siam Park! The interior decor is cat themed and this villa comes with everything you’ll need for your holiday.

Best for: Budget-friendly studio apartments
Hotel Parque De Las Americas is a fairly standard, budget-friendly hotel with studio apartments. Small kitchenettes are in the apartment where you can prepare picnics for Siam Park. If you won’t be spending much time at your hotel then this a good option.

This apartment overlooks Siam Park and it’s one of the shortest walks to the waterpark available. Admittedly, the view overlooking the waterpark and highway isn’t exactly the prettiest but you can’t beat it for convenience if you plan to be spending most of your time in Siam Park!

Iberostar Bouganville Playa is a beachfront hotel that’s great for young families as there are so many children’s facilities. It’s really good value and offers B&B and all-inclusive packages.

Best for: Luxe family all-inclusive
This is one of the more expensive hotels on our list and is a great family-friendly all-inclusive. It’s a short walk to the beach as well as being close to Siam Park and there are rooms available with private terraces for extra space and privacy.

Best for: Budget all-inclusive
Ole Tropical Tenerife is a fairly bog-standard but affordable hotel near Siam Park. Prices are very reasonable and you can opt for B&B, breakfast and dinner or all-inclusive packages. Upgrade and get yourself a seaview room and keep it budget and you can get all-inclusive for two people for just a little over £1,000!

Vanilla Garden Boutique is just 750 yards from Siam Park so it’s an easy option for the waterpark. It’s also a popular hotel for golfers thanks to the bustling yet relaxed adult-only vibe.

Best for: Budget beach front
Alexandre Hotel Troya is located in Playa de las Americas beachfront. It might not be the classiest area of Tenerife but you can get a real budget hotel here! Stay here for 1 week in April on a bed and breakfast basis for just €600!

Green Garden Eco Resort is set within a tropical garden with colonial style buildings giving the resort a luxurious feel. The larger villas have private plunge pools and plush interior decor. This is the place to splash out while remaining just 19 minutes from Siam Park.
This would be a great place for older families to stay, perhaps if the kids visit Siam Park alone while their parents want to stay and relax in the lovely hotel.

OK, it’s got a bit of a dodgy name and they REALLY like to emphasise that it’s adult only. They also have a nudist area and there’s a ‘varied entertainment programme’…
Make of this what you wish but I had to add it to the list of hotels near Siam Park because it actually looks really nice. There’s a gorgeous infinity pool, sleek decor, great location and an incredible rooftop bar area.

This huge villa is a gorgeous space for large families or groups. It’s one of the best large villas near Siam Park. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and spacious living areas both indoor and out. It has a beautiful garden and a large, private swimming pool as well as a barbeque area and a terrace. This villa is also surprisingly affordable, particularly if you’re splitting the cost between 5x couples.

The simple, budget villas are a great option if you’re looking for a cheap and cheerful self-catering holiday in Tenerife.
